Order Modification & Cancellation

To request an order cancellation or modification, email us at manmohakqala@gmail.com. While we’ll try our best to accommodate your request, once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

For incorrect, damaged, or missing products, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. The decision to accept or reject cancellation or return requests lies solely with Manmohak Qala.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Pre-orders and customized orders (full advance payment required).

  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

  • Slight variations in color/design due to device display or lighting — all items are handcrafted and unique.

  • Delivery address issues, including incorrect or outdated addresses.

  • Refund requests post three failed delivery attempts.

  • If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded — shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note:

  • Prices do not include customs duties or international taxes. These must be borne by the customer.

  • Any such duties will be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Sale & Promotions

  • Promotions will run until stock lasts and can be changed or terminated at the discretion of Manmohak Qala.

  • Products under the SALE category may be added, removed, or repriced at any time.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.
